As a real estate practitioner who strictly adheres and observes personal and professional ethics, she has occupied positions of leadership in real estate organizations the Paranaque-Las Pinas-Alabang Real Estate Board or PLAREB as President in 2008, the PLAREB Foundation as President in 2013 and the Paranaque Chapter of the appointed interim regulatory body of real estate Philippine Real Estate Service or PHILRES as Vice-president for Brokers in 2011.
